Texas Translated Series

Texas Translated was born of my longing for Australia and my discovery of Texas during 2010-2014. The techniques have roots in the Deep End Series and I further explored veils of color with washes of glaze. The palette reflecting the earthiness I found connected my two homes.

There is a rich warmth about these works.
